Precision Matters

Lighting is one of the most visible parts of every project. This role requires attention to detail, technical understanding, and the ability to execute clean, accurate installations.

What You’ll Do

• Install and configure lighting control systems
• Work with Lutron systems including QS and QSX
• Coordinate with electricians and other trades
• Ensure keypad layouts and device placement match plans
• Assist with programming and system adjustments
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with lighting control systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to read plans and follow documentation
• Professional presence on job sites
• Commitment to getting the job done right
